Thea Jamison, CFA
Thea Jamison is Founder and Managing Director of CHANGE Global, an investment management firm specializing in developing markets on behalf of pension funds, foundations, family offices, and investment consulting firms. Ms. Jamison possesses more than 20 years of investing experience and as one of the earliest investors focused on emerging and frontier markets, has been at the forefront of bringing U.S. institutional investment to the developing world for more than two decades. Over the course of her career, she has researched opportunities in over 90 countries and invested directly on 60 local stock exchanges.
Ms. Jamison is widely recognized as a thought leader and is a frequent speaker at influential industry conferences and a contributor to major global financial media outlets. She began her career with Allianz Global Investors (previously Nicholas Applegate Capital Management) before founding CHANGE Global. Ms. Jamison earned her Master of Business Administration degree from Stanford University. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the CFA Society of New York.
Brian K. Mugabe
Brian Mugabe is a Senior Analyst at CHANGE Global Investment. Mr. Mugabe is responsible for company and industry research in the region of Africa and the Middle East. He has twenty-five years of industry experience, with a focus on fundamental research and investment analysis. Prior to joining CHANGE Global Investment, he held positions as Head of Africa Research at Momentum (Imara S.P. Reid), Securities Africa, and Imara Edwards. Mr. Mugabe obtained his Bachelor of Commerce from Rhodes University in South Africa.
Ken W. Liu, CFA
Ken Liu is a Senior Analyst at CHANGE Global Investment. Mr. Liu is responsible for company and industry research in the region of Asia. He has twenty years of industry experience, with a focus on fundamental research and investment analysis. Prior to joining the firm, he held Equity Analyst positions at KGI Asia, Yuanta Securities, and Pacific Star Partners. Mr. Liu was a Silicon Valley engineer before entering the financial services industry. Mr. Liu obtained his Master of Business Administration from the University of California. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the CFA Society Orange County.
RENATA ABDURAKHMANOVA SAND, CFA
Renata Sand is a Senior Analyst at CHANGE Global Investment. Ms. Sand is responsible for company and industry research in the region of Central and Eastern Europe. She has fifteen years of industry experience, focusing on fundamental research and investment analysis. Previously, she worked as a Research Associate at Frontier Market Asset Management and as a Credit Analyst at Kazkommertsbank in Kazakhstan. Ms. Sand obtained her Master of Business Administration degree from California State University. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the CFA Society Spain.
Khanh Anastasiou Vu
Khanh Anastasiou Vu is an Research Analyst at CHANGE Global Investment. Ms. Anastasiou Vu participates in global emerging and frontier market research and coordination. She has eight years of industry experience. Prior to joining the firm, she held positions as Portfolio Analyst and Quantitative Analyst at Aspen Capital, a specialty real estate investment company. Ms. Anastasiou Vu obtained her Master of Science in Financial Analysis from Portland State University.

Wes Tadesse is a Research Analyst at CHANGE Global Investment. Mr. Tadesse participates in global emerging and frontier market research and coordination. Wes has five years of industry experience, with a focus on fundamental research. Prior to joining the company, he worked at State Street as an Investor Services Associate. Prior to his assignment at State Street, he worked at BNY Mellon in a similar investor services role. Mr. Tadesse obtained his Bachelor Degree in Science in Business Administration and Finance from Suffolk University.

Brad Power is a Research Analyst at CHANGE Global Investment. Mr. Power participates in global emerging and frontier market research and coordination. He has five years of relevant industry experience as a research analyst. He is responsible for the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) research at the firm. Mr. Power joined the firm as an intern and built his way to an analyst position. Mr. Power obtained his Bachelor Degree in Finance from Portland State University.
Nicole Kelleher
Nicole Kelleher is the Chief Operations and Compliance Officer at CHANGE Global Investment. Ms. Kelleher oversees the general administration and day to day operational aspects of the company. She has twenty-five years of industry experience in investment operations. Prior to joining CHANGE Global Investment, she spent ten years as a senior manager at State Street where she served as Assistant Vice President of the Alternative Investment Solutions unit, with responsibilities for fund accounting, new products, and overseas expansion. Prior to State Street, Ms. Kelleher was an Associate Director, managing the institutional equity, fixed income, and alternative investment operations teams at Babson Capital Management for seven years. Ms. Kelleher attended the School of Arts and Science at the University of Massachusetts.
KRISTIN TRAVIS
Kris Travis is the Investor Relations Analyst at CHANGE Global Investment. Ms. Travis is responsible for handling investor relations. As such, she works side by side with the business team in investor outreach and client servicing. Ms. Travis has ten years of industry experience. Previously, she held the position of a Financial Analyst and a Contract Administrator at Loral, and worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Stanford Telecom. Ms. Travis obtained her Master of Business Administration from Santa Clara University.
kris elizabeth blair
Kris Blair is an Operations and Compliance Analyst at CHANGE Global Investment. Ms. Blair participates in administrative, operational, and compliance support. She has over a decade of management and analytical experience in the retail industry, including work for Nike, and brings strong organizational skills to the team. She is an active leader in the local community, having headed various director boards for youth organizations, including the Parent-Teacher Association, the Baseball Little League, and the Youth Football Organization. Ms. Blair obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Economic Geography from University of Washington.
